At Harbor Group Management, our HGKEY in-house education program provides opportunities to learn from your peers, gain new skills, and advance your professional development. HGKEY provides online training through a Learning Management System, as well as in-person training programs and resources carefully planned by our highly skilled in-house employee development department. Courses are designed to support your practical workday needs such as onboarding, mentoring, workplace compliance, and core operating systems, as well as topics that will help you succeed in sales, customer service, marketing, maintenance, and professional and leadership development.

Additional Education Opportunities

Tuition assistance benefits are available for a wide variety of approved educational expenses, from college courses to training classes and professional certifications. In addition, training partnerships with industry leaders such as HD Supply Facilities Maintenance, provide team members with technical training and certification at both basic and advanced skill levels. Classes on facilities maintenance are taught with a hands-on approach by their team of professionals.

Annual Leadership Conference

Harbor Group Management’s Annual Leadership Conference, or HGLC, is an exciting learning and awards event for top performers and up and coming leaders within the company. It brings team members from all over the country together for several days of invaluable training, and culminates in an exciting awards banquet.
