1. Why is our community transitioning to an affordable housing community?
Our community is transitioning to an affordable housing community to offer more affordable housing options for qualified residents.
2. What does the transition to an affordable housing community mean for current residents?
All current residents will need to meet the new income and eligibility requirements upon lease renewal. Further details will be communicated by the onsite staff upon receiving your renewal offer.
3. How can I pay my rent after the Resident Connect portal is discontinued?
We are moving to Zego as our secure online payment provider on November 11, 2024. All residents must re-register with Zego to continue making online payments. You will receive an email invitation from Zego to re-register, and you can also register here. For assistance, please call 866.729.5327 and select option 1.
4. What other payment options are available if I don’t want to use Zego?
Residents can pay by certified funds, check, or money order made payable to The Landings I.
5. How do I submit maintenance requests now that Resident Connect is unavailable?
Maintenance requests must be made through Net Vendor. Residents can access Net Vendor here. Please reach out to our office if you need guidance on using the platform.
6. Do I need to re-register with Zego if I already have an account?
Yes, all residents will need to re-register with Zego as part of our transition. The email invitation from Zego will include instructions to help you set up your new account.
7. How do I contact maintenance in case of an emergency?
Outside of regular office hours, please contact our emergency maintenance line at 571-771-2118.
8. Who should I contact if I have questions about the new requirements for lease renewal?
If you have any questions or need assistance with the new lease renewal requirements, please contact the leasing office. The leasing team is available to help explain the updated policies and address any concerns you may have about renewing your lease.
