Your pet deserves a life elevated too! Pets are welcome at Mezzo Apartments, with no weight limit, a $500 deposit and $50 a month pet rent. Some breed restrictions apply and no more than 2 pets per apartment home. You and your furry friends will have two pet parks and a pet spa, as well as two acres of outdoor space for the two of you to explore.

A pet profile (with PetScreening.com) and agreement for each pet required.
Maximum of two pets per apartment home. Some breed restrictions.
No weight limits.
Applicable fees or deposits must be paid in full prior to the addition of a pet to your home.
Pet rent varies from $30-$60.
Pet fee is $350 per pet.
